Customized Patient Care Plans
At KindTouch Healthcare Services, we understand that no two persons or families are alike. As such, our Registered Nurse and case managers will listen, and work with you to develop a plan of care that is unique and customized to your loved one and your family’s need.
Skilled and Compassionate Care
Our Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide a compassionate, private duty, or adult skilled nursing care services at home for adults and seniors who may need post-surgical services, are dealing with chronic illness, injury, or disability. Services are provided on an ongoing shift (two hours or more) basis, and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Personal Care and Companion or Sitter Services

Our Certified Nursing Assistants, companion caregivers, and sitters help individuals manage their daily lives so they can be independent, safe, and comfortable at home. Assistance can be given wherever home is, such as assisted living facilities. Or sitter services while an individual is admitted at the hospital. Our professional caregivers provide ongoing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as:

  • Bathing, grooming, using the toilet, and dressing
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and running errands
  • Medication reminders and picking up prescriptions
  • Escort to appointments or meetings, helping with activities or hobbies, and general companionship

Our caregivers ensure that an individual can live independently at home, provide companionship, assistance, and supervision for a loved one living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Care is available up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including the option for live-in help.

We will contact your medical insurance company to determine your home care benefit, handle all of the requested paperwork, and bill the insurance company directly.
