Skilled Nursing Services

Our RN or LPN will visit weekly or more often based on your child’s care plan to provide services.

The Nurse will:

• Take vital signs for your child.
• Review the doctor’s plan of care and instructions.
• Weigh your child.
• Review medications
• Communicate with your child’s physician (s)
• Administer medications.
• IV infusion therapy
• Management of central line dressing etc.
• Drawing blood
• And other duties.
